By using the Curio Enigma website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any clause, please do not use the service. We reserve the right to update the terms at any time; the current version is always available on this page.
2. Service description
Curio Enigma is an interactive quest experience that includes a physical set of artifacts and a digital scenario. After successful payment you get access to the scenario through a Telegram bot and await delivery of the physical set to the address provided.
3. Payment and refunds
Payment is processed via Stripe. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption. Refunds are possible within 14 days of payment, provided the physical set has not been opened and the digital scenario has not been activated. To request a refund, contact us at the address listed on the site.
4. Use of the service
The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, copy or distribute the scenario materials to third parties. Violation of this clause may result in restricted access to the service.
5. Limitation of liability
Curio Enigma is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the actions of postal operators or by force majeure. The digital part of the service is provided "as is"; we strive for maximum availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 operation.
