1. What data we collect
When placing an order, we receive the minimum necessary data from Stripe: an email address and a transaction identifier. The delivery address is requested separately within the scenario. We do not store payment card data — all payment information is processed directly by Stripe.
2. How we use data
The collected data is used solely to process the order, deliver the physical set and provide technical support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except for delivery partners, who receive only the recipient's address.
3. Cookies and analytics
The site may use technical cookies necessary for correct operation. Analytics tools, if used, collect data in anonymized form (number of visits, users' countries, devices). Personal data is not collected through cookies.
4. Data retention
Order data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill contractual obligations and legal requirements (as a rule, no more than 3 years). After this period the data is deleted or anonymized.
5. Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of your data, demand its correction or deletion. Simply write to us — we will respond within 10 business days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the authorized data protection authority.
6. Security
Data transfer between your browser and the server is protected by the HTTPS protocol. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration or destruction.
